Please check that your system volume is not turned down or muted.

Look in the bottom right corner of your computer screen, in the System Tray (near the time) find a speaker icon. Right click on the speaker icon and select 'playback devices'. In the window that opens, locate your headset in the list of audio devices, right click on it and 'set as default device'. Save and close that window, come back to Adobe Connect and then drop out and rejoin the session. Let me know if that works after you rejoin.


Open 'System Preferences' and go to 'Sound'. At the top, select the  'Output' tab, then make sure that your headset is highlighted in the list of devices. Do the same under the 'Input' tab. If the sound doesn't start working immediately, come back to Adobe Connect, drop out nda rejoin the session.
